We have been busy building Anglo-Saxon houses using different tools.

We have been learning about the importance of Wudu to Muslims. We followed the steps in class, identifying the importance of cleanliness before pray.

Year 4 studied animal skulls. We looked at the animal’s teeth to try and infer what it would have ate.

Willow class investigated what it is like inside a bee hive. We have been using map skillsto investigate some of the places Anglo-Saxons lived. Willow class investigated the importance of looking after our teeth through an exciting egg experiment. We worked with Year 3 to make DNA using sweets. This was an activity linked to Jeans for Genes day.
