I then qualified as a teacher after being part of the Graduate Teacher Programme. I have taught in all Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes and am currently teaching Year 6. I am also Acting Assistant Headteacher, with responsibility for KS2 and English.

Roger Abo-Henriksen
(Chair of Milwards Improvement Board)

Roger has worked in education for over 40 years. He spent some 10 years in senior management positions in a variety of schools before being appointed to his first of three headships. He spent over five years as Head of School Improvement Services in the local authority and has maintained his OfSTED training since first becoming an Inspector in 1992.

Over the past two years he has Chaired the Board of the Harlow Education Partnership and has supported several school leadership teams outside of Harlow.
